rephrase pls. can't find any data sheet about that particular router + provide some information about your flat/house (walls, distance router -> laptop, better connection if closer to router,...)

is your wifi adaptor set to max performance or max battery life from power profile settings?

I think this is a simple case of being to far away from router or your wireless card only supports 802.11b

then your inet provider is trolling you or someone is stealing your inet , check connected id's while you are using inet
