Nothing, really. There are dozens of similarly shit configs used by the devs and the playtesters within pak0.pk3. For instance, /exec bratwurstsemmel.cfg

Absolutely nothing. They're just your average etconfigs, except they have wacky crosshairs, high quality graphics and odd resolutions.

They're just bad configs, that's pretty much all there is to it. The graphics settings are the default ET ones for the most part. No huge picmipping or GL_NEAREST_MIPMAP_NEAREST.
