7. 30 seconds scissor kicks
8. 30 seconds air bike
30 SECOND REST
9. 30 seconds alternate heel touches
10. 10 reps ankle reaches
11. 10 reps leg pull in
30 SECONDS REST
12. 2min 30seconds plank challenge (30 seconds normal, 30 seconds side, 30 seconds normal, 30 seconds side, 30 seconds normal)
