Hukk helped me to find parts for my new PC, however I end up at 900€ atm, while I only want to spend 700-800€ tops. As I don't really know which parts are good and which not I will just give you my list and hope you can suggest some cheaper ones with still enough quality/performance (needs to run bf3 fluently):
-Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail [202€]
-Asus P8P67 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION ** [134€]
-Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II TOP 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card [202€]
-Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9AD3B1K2/4G) [28€]
-OCZ ZS Series 650W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply [56€]
-Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA 6Gb/s 16MB Cache - OEM (WD5000AAKX) [106€]
-Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus Case - Black [80€]
-Samsung SH-S222AB/BEBE 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM [22€]
(-shipping [45€])
I also found some built PC's which seem good, but don't state the brand of memory and/or mainboard as they use more than one product. Can they be really that bad compared to when I build it myself? :o

they also can't ship this mobo to my place, but I guess I can find a comparable one (or just the one above) and would end up at bit above 800 with case&drive
thanks gambit, will try to find some ratings/reviews (bet one of these parts is a troll, I will find out)
And yes, build it yourself, you get only shittiest of all components when you buy it from store.
a PC ain't worth that much money to me, especially since I doubt that I will professional hardcore addicted gayme much longer.
Will check the difference of other power and motherboard
would suggest trying to use your old ones for now, easy to add more later
For example i had a pc of around 700e and the main differences to that one are cpu and mobo.
And as I said that current buildup looks good to me except for mobo which you can get like 30e cheaper :x
I just want a reliable PC, which won't overheat, lag, freeze in any situation, allows me to play some new games and is able to handle more than 2 open programs at the same time
:D
not sure if troll lol
any doubts just pmme
