LoL advices

Hey Anonymousfriends!
I hope you're doing well and stuffs.
Since I had good LoL advices last time, I decided to make another journal.
I was looking for a morgana-like champion and you advised me Malzahar. I now have him for a month or so and kinda like it.

However, I only have middle playing champions and I'd like to get some other kind of champs like bitchez damaging hart for example.
I have +6k PI to buy some. I'm lvl 14 and not so experimented.

Which champion(s) should I get?

Dont buy any champions. Save all your IP untill you are lvl 20 and buy highest tier runes for everyrole(bruiser, apcarry, jungle, AD carry,(support)). I dont have runes for supports cause cba play em. And supports are easily playable in solo q without any 'proper' support runes.

and i'd suggest to play free week champions everyweek. You should get to know every champion in game

well hmm, something like 30k. Really rough number. Depends on runes of course

with that 30k you'll get more than "necessary" runes

Get some metagolem buildable champion like Gankplank or Renekton or Lee Sin or Yorick and roll.

Or just some burst dmg pros like Akali. Or basic dps like Kog'Maw(enemies melting hurrdurr).

why 2x shoes?, anyway renektons dmg output is way too low to carry a game, nasus is a way better choice, tho it requires decent q farm to turn him into a real beast.

ye idd, not only the 6th item is missing, also (at leat for me) buying frozen mallet doesnt make that much of a sense (slow already in Tri, and just 20 + 14 ad if u build atmas).. id prefer FoN or Wits end for mr and another dmg output like Last Whisper ^^

Mallet also gives +700hp so it's a very nice chunk of survivability. I very seldom get both Warmog's and Mallet, though, since not only is it expensive but it also gives you zero resists - I prefer stuff like Banshee's Veil, Randuin's Omen and Sunfire Cape for resists AND health. If you do, though, you'll get like 4.5k HP and that's rather nice.

Metagolem is best champ.

if u plan to core with tri, atma and warmog u already need ~9.5k gold. + another 3k for unarmored 700hp + bit dmg aint worth it, since those 700 are gone pretty fastwithout armor/mr.
to renekton: i dont know if i skipped some recent buffs of him, but his dmg output is not one of the highest for bruisers. as i said he becomes a real beast with early feed, but besides that his dmg is low

Renekton dmg output too low? :DDDDDD He is excellent at solotop, good harassh and decent dmg, build tanky + ulti = never dies + more dmg. Also he hardly get ganked since just stun + dash 2x away.

played renekton often enough to judge that his dmg output is excessively low for a guy like him, if u get feed and enough ad and apen early on u rule, but besides that all other flat ad solo top champs got a higher dmg output with less items and less feed.
slash & dice escape mechanism is one thing (plus dice needs an enemy to 'travel thorugh' to be avi) + w stun, but this doesnt automatically turns him into a beast :)

I'm not sure what you're doing but Renekton's damage output is among the highest of all solotop champs bruisers. He does way more damage at early levels and no items than Lee Sin, for instance. Perhaps only Mundo will do more. Oh, and Riven also does crazy ass damage, but Renekton's burst is faster.

As for the items... Well, as soon as you get Merc's and Brutalizer, that's pretty much it.

just get whatever, if u dont like it, just play with the champs u like until u got ip for the next champ ;)

runes aint that important, im lvl 30 for idk 5 months now, got 1450 elo, and got only 1 rune page aka le tank page! pwning with cait and stuff even without runes ;)

if u ask me though, my fav champs are cait, nasus, trundle, cho gath, olaf, anivia, soraka/janna/taric!

Runes are mostly only giving you a huge advantage in the first few lvls (imo)

prolly yes, still i started buying new runes last weekend cuz i was bored and had some ip left

but since im only playing at weekends, due to shit connection, this can take ages to complete :D

What level are you? Morgana is one of the most common bans at 14-1500 elo, wouldn't call that underrated..

Might be cliché, but depends on the player which champion he will enjoy/do best with. E.g I noticed I like poke champions and gamechanging ultis. So I really enjoy gragas, amumu, janna. You can never go wrong with an initiator if you have a decent team!

best off playing champs on free rotation before buying, imo, unless it is a new champ and you have a bit of IP :)

If you get a chance, give Garen a whirl (good joke right?) he can be played a couple of ways but the tanky AD builds work quite well, 'metagolem' as has been thrown around in here... and he is quite cheap if you decide to play him, only 1350 IP.
