Repetitiveness and boringness is quite common in techno music, so don't worry.

Haha, this track wasn't meant to be so repetitive or boring :D

You should listen to the chemical brothers, they totally changed my mind in terms of electronic music!

what happens in the last 2/3 of the song should happen in the end of 1/3 and something new and ending at 2/3

didnt liked it in general man

the end with the voice was nice and totaly diferent from rest of song

Which tools / software did you use by the way? I'm trying to learn how-to create dancy tunes myself but its damn hard , atleast at cubase :p

I used Reason5 for this track but it is definitely not the most user-friendly software ever. The main advantage is you don't need any VST, since it includes already a great bunch of them (3 synths, samplers, drummachine, mixer, effects). However, you can't use any other VST exept if you rewire reason with another DAW...

I've heard a lot about FL studio or Ableton live, I've never tested them though. It seems quite simple to produce dance tracks by using these 2 software, especially FL Studio.

Cubase is definitely a great DAW aswell, probably not as easier as FL studio. I'm considering using cubase for mixing and 'mastering' my new tracks!
