So for xmas I want a piano ( xmas comming soon bro's) and I want to know if some of you download their partition/sheet ( the thing with mark & stuff ) on the internet?

I'm a total beginner but i got many free time so I will practice hard !
I want The fray or Adele if possible :)

The other one is oppening but its not a real partition. For me a partition is a sheet with horizontal lines.

learning to play the piano without lessons is quite a hard task.
take lessons and you will be supplied stuff to work with.
i also think that starting of with the fray and adele doesnt rly make sense. youll have to start with stuff for beginners.
can you even "read music"?

I'm actually learning basic thing before i receive the piano. The reason i want The fray its because i know the tempo so i guess its more easy

not rly. its easy to get lost when looking at a sheet with "advanced" stuff on it.
try to get beginners stuff and start learning to read music. you really need it

Start with kids songs x) So you will learn the hand-eye coordination faster on the easy songs. After that you can start playing them with _real_ chords and stuff.


oh yea lessons are really good to take at least for the first 1 year or half year if u want to be anywhere near to decent.


oh yea and it will take some time to learn how to play the advanced songs. ofc you can just learn them song by song even when u dont have the real skills to play those but if you do that you still can't play piano. you just have memorized the songs to your muscle memories which dont mean you can actually read the sheets well and stuffff like that.

the kids songs bit put me off learning an instrument, there is only so much twinkle twinkle little star I could handle when the cuntface in the next room was doing ozzy osbourne shizzle.

Yeah but the skill level between the songs is huge. :8] Of course there are some simple songs but they are still much more advanced than the kids songs!
