yesterday my brother was released from jail and i just cant tell how happy i'm right now :')
After long 2 months i finally can talk with him again

and thats why we have "no visiting hours"? ^^

trust me a lot prisoners are living much better in prison as they did outside here in germany. they are working and got some money, have tv & playstation and stuff, enough free access insinde the prison, can chose between different meals...

other need 2 or 3 jobs to to pull through or have a somehow acceptalbe life.

Gives them a chance to change their lifestyle. That system seems to work, atleast it does in Norway (there are quite a few talks about Norway vs US jail system for example).

well always when i am watching some documentations about US prisons i would welcome SOME of the things they act with prisoners, in germany too.

for example i can not understand why a guy that killed X people or raped a child should have a better life inside the prison as he maybe had outside (concerning the kind he lives inside the prisons, the equipment he has a.s.o.).

but i gues that's a rough topic to talk about ^^

sometimes i'd rather have US jail system over norway. so much stupidness here, killers barely get 10 years prison and they always judge as psychologicaly ill which make their jail time even less.
