version 1.0 its DM server (recommend u to install punkbuster http://s4ndmod.com/joomla/punkbuster on it, to get new cvars like cg_bloodflash 0 crosshaircolor and cg_bloodDamageBlend 0 and cpy/paste ur et/cfg cfg into s4ndmod and main folder if u play in united clans dm server u will have a new folder in your rtcw directory/ called cU_Hosting_Dm, paste ur cfg there and execute ingame then restart
