Played evil singleplayer campaign recently. At multiplayer its kinda boring after some games, 'good' are too good. Rush Legolas + Aragorn, win the game. Though I haven't played any match online... is it balanced?

Sort of, yeah. just didn't make any sense to play evil forces (online) since their heros were quite underpowered compared to the good ones :/

to make it short: you're right :P

are you aware of EA having shut down this game's servers?

"Old game but still good"
rts games have been dead for years now (exception: SC2 but then again, it's an expansion/remake of an old rts game)

afaik you cannot play it online anymore without using GameRanger (well, Germans are using it)
