Battlefield 3 Origin activation problem

Hi,

I am trying to install Battlefield 3, but when the windows "Origin - Battlefield 3 aktivieren" pops up, it just stays white and does nothing. Is that normal? Do I have to wait for hours? Is Origin broken?

had the same problem when I tried to run it on the first day but cant imagine they still have the problems with over-trafficed servers...

Maybe your firewall blocks your Origin, try turning it off

No firewwall installed. I just called the german hotline and now they redirected me to an english hotline and they fixed the problem for me :D

That's the first thing i thought of too.
MW2 needs it to be enabled but that's the only game i know of.

Oh really? You only really need Origin to install it, there's a certain work-around for it.

h8m3 implies that you may have bought your game in russia or poland / ebay.
Those keys give errors like this one.

origin activation doesnt work for every provider somewhy, dunZ couldn't activate(white screen staying there forever) until he used a VPN proxy service.
