new computer shit

hey crossfire
i bought brink and wanted to play it but it sais my graphics card is too bad :C so i want to upgrade or buy a new computerl.

This is my computer atm.

CPU:Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz (2 CPUs)
GFX Card: ATI Radeon X600
Mainboard: one by dell...
Harddrive: 160 gb + 1022MB RAM
Monitor: Random Dell 14'' Monitor

No idea how old that shit is:D

Uhm i would like to buy or upgrade my computer and need some help cos im a complete noob :C

So yea i just found out my motherboard is too old :/ so i guess i have to build up a new computer. My budget is about 1000 Swiss franks max what could you recommend. :D

You can't upgrade that pc, to upgrade you should buy new motherboard and coz of that, you need to change pretty much everything you have in your pc. So just build a new one and also, tell your budget so people can help you more.

your mobo won't work with any modern component you will have to get all new stuff. I didn't even have a 14" monitor in 1999
