i squat 3 times a week :)
lots of bicep/chest whores @ the gym where I go, with no back and so small legs.
sad its like:
when im in the gym its like: hello->be forever in the squatrack->goodbye (there is nobody using it except me anyway :D)
still how should i train _any_ excercise if there would always be somebody in the rack with shit-light weight taking forever to finish? i couldnt lift all night at all man..
(implying your in a shit gym like mine with only one rack and only 2 barbells overall)
