Microsoft SideWinder X4 problem

yo guys...
i have got the SideWinderX4 keyboard last christmas as a present and from then i couldnt install the driver
the box didnt had a cd or a link
tried to download from microsoft Intelli Type Pro 8.0 32 bits as an install. i install it but after it is finished it gives me an error which says this version isnt working and i should reinstall it.i do it and same message
tried to go in control pannel --> keyboard-->2x click ":D" and some kind of install is starting for Microsoft Intelli Type Pro i get a popup like an install
"The feature u are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package itp.msi in the box below"
then i have to browse but i dont have anything like that in my pc i suppose, tried to rename the microsoft install and use it as itp.msi but no results..
without the driver the keyboard is pretty much like a normal one but with red lights....

THE CD WAS ACTUALLY IN THE BOX
and i WAS SO STUPID THAT I COULDNT SEE IT IN 1 YEAR
WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got same problem at start, but i checked whole box and found it
if it can't find the .msi sometimes extracting an installer with winrar/other will help but depends on various things:\
btw 8.2 is the latest version for xp! http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/sidewinder-x4-keyboard
i stated in my prvious comments the error
e: do you have 64bit? ms dont support xp 64 anymore
