I think it's restricted to players from germany, switzerland and austria. Not sure though, fak my german skills

But there is something with "Pro" teams which I don't understand ;d

oh wait, I think there is 1 player allowed in a pro team that isn't from germany, switzerland or austria. Now need to know what's considered a 'pro team' ;d
