FPS problem W7 64bit

Hello guys,
I have problem with my fps... All is fine, but when i enter to any battle, my fps are not stable and going 125-55.3 (not lower) with my monitor it´s unplayable nad i feel like i´m on the weed or underwater.

My PC configuration is in my profile...

Your setup should be fine for stable 125fps.. maybe your HDD is crap? Or the apps in your backround (also services) like AV,FW,.. ? Or your config ?

Should, be are not :(
I turned off all background apps and still fps problem, no solution.

BTW: Tested pc by antivirus, get cleaned with MBAM and HJT (scan), no viruses.

what i dont get is that everyone plays at 125 fps i gues most of you have a 75 hz screen? if i put my fps at 125 fps it feels much less smooth then at 75:s

60 Hz monitor here (1680x1050)
And when it´s lower than 100 FPS, it´s unplayable (2ms)

I can only talk for myself but I used:

60hz -> 125 fps (although my computer couldn't get stable fps)
75hz -> 76 fps feels way smoother
100hz -> 100fps felt very smooth (or when I saw drago using 111fps, worked also for myself)
120hz -> 125fps is smooth aswell

(when I talk about 125 fps etc I'm talking about com_maxfps "xx"
and 60hz -> r_displayrefresh "xx"

60 hz = r_displayrefresh 60 and com_mafps 125 ?

this doesnt help cus i have lag sometimes..players on the screen freezing..it's not smooth

really? It worked for me.. but once you play with 76 fps and 75 you won't go back to 60hz

ye i do the same i had a typo overthere i put it at 75hz (cant go higher) and 76 fps then it feels the smoothest putting it at 125 feels a bit unsmooth but i want moar fps actually :( you especially notice it when turning the mouse slowly

computer is fine i can get 125 fps steady easily but yeah it just doesnt feel smooth must be the screen but its a 2ms screen so should be enough :/

I'd try to get stable 125 fps as good as possible and play on 60hz then

ye how can i get more stable fps ? :D (specifics: T6400 2GHZ - 4GB DDR2 - nvidia Geforce 9300 GS TURBOcache and yes it's a laptop :D)

make sure ET runs on one core
high fps cfg?
well, I don't think a high fps will help you because I think it should be possible to run it decently

are the option set to performance in your nvidia driver?
also check your what programs run on the background, defrag etc.

Force ET on one core. I had the same problem, FPS being about 60 fps because ET was constantly switching cores. I injected some shit into ET.exe forcing it onto one core but you can also try pbpriority by Russia H8m3

i played tzac with modified ET.exe which forces ET to one core. its a simple tool which rewrite the 'file header' (?) or smthing.

+ I suggest installing Windows XP alongside Win7. I was getting FPS lag with my i5 @ 4.8GHz lol...
