gtx560 issue

Sup,

Just installed Gigabyte GTX560, when I start a game the whole system instantly reboots.

No idea sup, could be my PSU that's insufficient but that wouldn't crash your system afaik, just make it slower.

Rig:

MBO: ASUS P7H57D-V EVO
PSU: Power X2 ATX450204 450W
GFX: GIGABYTE GTX560
RAM: 4GB
CPU: Intel i3 540

No idea, but I don't like that girls top.
If it doesn't give enough power, it doesn't slow down, it stalls and crashes. Does it really give 450w or just say that it does, some shit-units don't really keep their promises.
hmm that's bad news, have to get myself a new psu then (I think this is indeed a low quality one)

Had the same problem, thought that it was the GFX giving problems, bougth a new one and it kept doing the same. Bought better PSU and all works now. Too bad I didn't realize it before I throw my perfectly working HD4870 away :)

yep psu for sure, had the same problem 2 years ago.
I have a 500W PSU and i asked would it be sufficient to run GTX 560 Ti this is what some answered:
Quote by overclock3d.netAlso for the PSU, 500w is fine for a single card set up. 450w is even enough.

which cpu u have?

Seems like cheap-ass PSU get a good one around 500W from XFX/Corsair/Seasonic/Silverstone/Enermax and you should be fine. Corsair/XFX PSU's are mostly made by Seasonic and they are good.
how is huntkey?
Parent
Depends on which huntkey but most of the time its good.
