Depends on your climate, my thoughts are that if you are of a medium/large build, those with a pair of dark blue jeans with undyed internals rolled up would be fine.

Though a pair of squarer boots are probably this season's fashion, I personally don't like them. Cats are classic, and they will last you through Z-Day.

I have 4 pairs of converse sitting my wardrobe. They will be sitting there until late spring. Cold weather = cold feet = feet feeling like shit. Boots are cool, look good, and keep you warm. Does that make me gay?
