Smartphone[Nokia Lumia/SGII]

I've been telling myself to get a new phone for ages now and since I killed my old phone, legendary Nokia XpressMusic 5800, yesterday I'm finally doing it for real.

But now I'm having this firstworldproblem I can't decide which one I should get. At the moment I'm looking at the Nokia Lumia 800 and the 'old' but gold Samsung Galaxy SII. I could score the Nokia for 430 euro and the SGII for 400. As you all probably know the Lumia 800 has the Windows Phone Mango 7.5 operating systeem and the Galaxy II has Andriond(probably putting CyanogenMod on if I get this one)

Can you help me decide? prehaps with a list of cons and pros or even giving me a look on other phones would be cool. Don't bother mentioning the iPhone since I'm not going to get that phone.

heard galaxy is goot shit bro
a guy at uni is currently doing a case study on why lumia is retarded.
hf
Elaborate please
Parent
This guy can't be taken seriously. He is trolling around CF and so on so I wouldn't believe all what he says!:D
Parent
its an absolute plan crash marketing wise.
dont actually know anything about the product
Parent
Buy Nokia, it is Finnish so anything can't go wrong!

EDIT: On a serious note you should go for google and search information from there, like this: http://www.bizgene.com/8723989/nokia-lumia-800-v-samsung-galaxy-s2-which-is-best-for-business/

EDIT2: Buy this: image: 1844
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Too bad they don't manufacture this phone anymore:( I would insta buy it.
Parent
xD was a good normal phone. my mom had that :P
Parent
that phone was not normal :D it could withstand everything
Parent
To be honest that article is poorly writin and doesn't show me any kind of testresult and is about the bussiness side, since I'm not getting this for a job the whole bussiness thing doesn't matter but aside from that like I said above the article just lacks content.
Parent
I got the Lumia for 3 days now and im pretty fine with it. Good apps, good os, no crashes and a good display
Got my samsung galaxy mini for a couple of months now, no crashes whatsover or problems =)
Parent
Cool people have Nokia.

Faggots and nerds have Apple / Samsung / whatever is out there.
the galaxy S2 is one of the best (if not THE best) smartphone currently out there.

android also gives alot more than windows phone 7 does imo

(i'd get a google nexus device over both though)
530 euro seems like a bit too much for that phone, It has too many cons eventought it has 2 awesome cons obv. 720p(pentile matrix looks suprinsingly good) and andriod 4.0
Parent
had the nexus one, shit was ACE.

dont know about the samsung nexus devices, but i preferred the nexus one by htc over the nexus S by samsung for sure
Parent
Sure the nexus S only brought us nfc(no use in the Netherlands thus far) and a new version of andriod while the nexus one was awesome in every single aspect for that time :]
Parent
I also will buy the Lumia... i'm just waiting till i loose my current phone in another alcohol delirium
How did u manage to kill that awesome phone?:O
Oh well I tough it had the nokia build quality that the 3310 has (you know it can swim in beer and you can drive over it with a car)-> both didn't work out good.
Parent
My xpressmusic drives me over to swim in beer:<
