Console adventures

Hey, last christmas holiday me and my little sister finished Spyro - Dawn of the dragon adventure game on Wii. The game was cute, fun to play, not flawless but a very enjoyable experience and we had a great time playing it co-op together.

Christmas is coming again and I would like to buy her similar "open world" adventure game that we can play co-op. Do you guys have any suggestions of games from that category that I should check out?

I have checked out so far: Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and the new Rayman game. Both Wii & PS3 games will do.

Any recommends?

go for little big planet 2, awesome game. especially in coop ;o
lego harry potter or pirates of the carribean is also nice.

The Lego games are nice in co-op, and are considerably better than one would expect from a licensed title.
