mIRC Scripting

Does anyone have a site were i can find the basics of mirc scripting,
because ive finally reinstalled it after 2 years but now i want my scripts i made back then and of course i forgot to save them :(

used to have a script were i had an afk script in my right click menu that changed named depending on my status and opened a window where i could type in my afk reason, that reason with my afk time was auto replied to everyone that pmed me
