I study in Tilburg (which has some decent shops), but am orginally from Maastricht. Maastricht has some amazing stuff, one of the shop actually had best amnesia haze of holland, elected by some hightime weeds magazines. Smoked that stuff once, it was messed aaaap xD
Too bad Maastricht is so closely situated to german an belgian border, the makes the drugtourism pretty bad and sometimes the quality of the weed has to suffer from that as well :/
