If you wanna be confident you're getting good odds on most markets, go for Pinnacle Sports. They're really respected within sports betting and believe me when I say their pricing is unrivaled. I asume however that you're just in it for a bit of fun (which makes sense cause if you weren't you would have to use plenty of bookies) then I would go for one of the major UK ones. Victor Chandler, Bet365, Paddy Power, William Hill etc. They all offer pretty decent pricing, plenty of markets, random bonuses, free bets, props and stuff that would appeal to the average guy betting for kicks.
Bwin is "fine", I've got an account there but rarely bet there cause from my experience, they keep their pricing low.
I probably should've phrashed that differently. I've been betting a bit this year and I've just rarely ended up betting there like I said because they've offered lower odds than others on the markets I've been looking at (I'm using multiple bookmakers). You can make what you want from that but in your case I wouldn't put too much thought into that
But I don't really know what you're after, what are your concerns? There are a lot of bookmakers to choose from and it totally depends what you're interested in. But as I mentioned, I think any major bookmaker will do for you. Unibet and Bet365 as mentioned in this thread already will probably suit you nicely. They offer plenty of markets, livestreaming etc.

In my experience, Bet365 tend to give the best odds on football, William Hill on Horse Racing and Ladbrokes on American Sports.
