Internet problem (frequent laggspike)

Graphics card: n550 GTX Ti
MB: Z68A-G45
RAM: 4 Gig
CPU: Intel i5 Quad core

Hey,
i've recently bought my some part to upgrade my computer but i seem to have internet problems with it now.
Everytime I play BF3 or ET i have the laggspikes where it says Connection intterupted for like 2-3 seconds and then the game continues. I have these pretty frequent, like aprox. every minute.
I have wireless internet but i use the same router/modem/Wireless adapter like my old comp and i had no problems at all with it.

I've did some research on goolge but i can't find anything so i hope you guys could come up with and answer. Here are my PC specs.

Graphics card: n550 GTX Ti
MB: Z68A-G45
RAM: 4 Gig
CPU: Intel i5 Quad core

Thanks.

Did you try UTP cable? If you don't have problems than you know for sure the problem is with the wireless connection. If that is the case try to determine the best possible channel with http://www.metageek.net/products/inssider/ and see if that helps. Else there is a problem with your wireless hardware or configuration.
yes I did and still ahd the same problem, + on my laptop i don't have this problem.
it isn't my firewall either

Update ethernet/wireless driver if you got a new motherboard
where? I can only find the motherboard driver. Is it a specific driver?

Look on Google for Wireless Zero Configuration... disable it.
