Yes it's playable. You don't get the lags and delays like in ET.
I play with my Swedish friends everyday and they don't seem to complain unless they loose.

I have to go to the vegetable farmer around the block to pick up my greens, but maybe we can paly at 21:00. hope and lightning are also decent players, though they usually play more initiator / gankers and their mmr usually hovers around 1650-1700

I usually solo queue and I do care about mmr, not k/d ratio or ck/cd.
