draft conspiracy?

I read quite a lot of comments from all sides of the confict tonight and one thing attracted my attention:da new captain, GermanystRay. guy who wasn't even in draft suddenly is captain of team thta Scotlandrazz was supposed to lead. apparently he also even volunteered to do it. how did he know there was argument between captains?

So basicly stRay is doing the same thing razz did, not letting Kevji play? Or did Kevji refuse to play OR did stRay actually tell him to say admins that he won't play.
