Anybody having trouble getting rating in soloque?(EU WEST)

My friend just got hes(smurf) account to 30 just couple weeks ago.

So what I need is a lvl 30 account with some proper runes and champions so i can duo q with my mate.

What do I get?
Nothing. I can just help my friend get hes elo to proper numbers. Without stress and rage about teammates saKen


What do YOU get?
Elo on your account. 1519+ (gold). If not before some deadline then I can give you something back in return. Dota2 betakeys, 2 invites left. Just received new ones :>. Also possibly free RP!(not much tho, ~350)

NOTE:
It can take like 2weeks++ to get that gold rating, all about luck and your account's current rating.

We'd be playing night time most of the time

Hello :XD first wanna say how r u? and how was your lan on EU east? hope u won.

I got lvl 29 account on EU west, half way to lvl 30, champions: around 10:
runes: cooldown blue: magic pen red: 1.41 armor yellow: and got around 1k+ IP u can buy runes whatever but i don't want you to use my Riotpoints :)

We placed third.

We had only 2x 30lvl accounts in the end

We played all games against full lvl 30 people so it didnt gone so bad

8gb memorystick or w/e its called we got.

ps. sorry I bought tristana on your nordic/east account, really needed it there :pp

tbh need moar runes!

I dont care if thers like 1 champ per role if thers proper runes for all of those roles :p
