I hurt my upper back today while squattin baby weights, feels bad. 3rd day of diet, feels even worse.

Nah it doesnt feel bad anymore. And it was upper, not lower back. Its usually the lower back that grinds my jimmies.

I havent had any for a while. I guess its because of honing techniques and the fact I have 3-4 week periods where I use sub-maximal weights for longer sets, just to increase musclemass and strengthen joints and tendons. And todays accident happened because of bad technique so theres no-one to blame but me.

I went to the gym after 2 months break because of college. And I feel so weak now. I'm benching 30 pounds less.... Curling 15 pounds less. Makes me feel weak =/

deadlifted today with different weights on each side, fucking plates looked the same. thank god it was only a 5kg difference

yeah I had a 45 plate on each side with a 10. So I was decreasing and I took of the 10 pound and expected my friend to take it of from the other side. lying down on the bench i cant see behind the 45 plates cuz they are big.
