Shake Up At Nbs

At just over a year old, Nbs has made some major strides in the gaming community. But rapid growth comes with a cost. For one, it's an easy way to get a big ego.
Well, we got hit with a reality check this week as our website was hacked/erased and our servers were changed.
It's a bit of a job to recover it all, and we will, but this is a wake up call to not let our heads get too big, and let our egos affect our decisions.
In the end, it will all work out better. The member base will be refined, the leaders more carefully chosen, and we'll grow from this.
Nbs isn't just a gaming community. Working to keep our teams improving, hosting and participating in cups, expanding into other gaming arenas will always be our primary focus.
As for me, I know I have a reputation as someone that is easily agitated and quick to discipline, but my place in Nbs is growing, too and a more professional attitude is called for.

Sounds like he's announcing Microsoft's business strategy for the upcoming years.
As for the admins/members, everything is getting a good look to see how we can be better.
@Jetro, not just an ET server. A Website that gets 1000's of hits a day, multiple other games, all of our servers (8 now, I believe just for ET), teams, the cups we host.. all of it
