new competitive titles (pc or console)

As onemove.eso is looking for a new game/team to pick up, were looking for a good competitive title to venture in. However we don't want to have the same old games that every organization already supports and we want to help somewhat smaller, new games to improve its competitive aspects.
I've been looking at:
- BF3 (both pc and console, however besides ESL I havent found a big league)
- MW3 (same as above)
- FM4 (small community)
Any ideas what else I might look in to?

also they are both as far from competetive play as it gets.
if u want a competetive game that needs some support you should look into the latest installment of tribes.
LoL > any other moba cause its so simple.
mw3 best FPS cause most people play it. deal with it.
LoL is going big!
