What things do you keep in your room? Such as what is hanging on your wall, what decoration piece you have, etc....

Just repainted the basement and I have a new room so looking for ideas.

At home, I only use my room for sleeping & I like it that way - place of rest & peace.

At university I have almost no things on the wall.. a mirror & a calender & a "sort of hard paper" where you can put "remember me-notes" on (don't know the english word).

Just a super cheap lamp.

Actually it's one of those temporary lamps you use on construction sites with some thin paper ball from Ikea around it :-D

The picture is reather old but nothing has changed, some more mess on top of the cupboard and a printed Rocky Balboa picture below it (love the movies!)
I also got one of those Japanese war flags on a kitchen wall -> Kamikaze Kitchen!

I have a feature wall above my bed with random arse shit from magazines, printouts of cool stuff (this week's edition, craters of the moon) and old memories there. It looks really good if you can make it work, the memory stuff are tickets from transport around europe, the train tickets from cities I visited last year with my grilfriend, and cinema/concert tickets.
