Wat antivirus and firewall would you recognise?
also, is there any other software to protect my computer?
i wont get a software wich is using my bandwidth while playing becauze i've got a shit connection atm.

Whatever else I try, even if it fits my needs so will Norton, so I rather use Norton. For me it's easy to use, has always worked like a charm. But then again I don't usually have my computer filled with CRAP and 100 different types of virus so I can't comment on the removal/detection part as far as hardcore virus go.

just sayin norton isnt really good so i was wondering why someone would like it but i only get because it fits my needs which still is pretty unclear.
If my needs are unclear for you I can't help you with that, unless you want me to tell about my life as well? I mean, it just does the job, it's an antivirus ffs is there anything else that i should know about them? I very rarely to almost never get any infection problem, and I'm happy with norton, even though i recognize that through 2006~2008 they sucked hard and were very heavy.

Also just think twice about what i said being fanboy has his reason you always have one.
Even if its just the reason it was my first or im comfortable with it etc.
Just saying there are better Av's :)
EDIT: oh and norton is like a fking virus itself it comes unwanted with random programs if you dont watch your checkboxes did it ones made me look 4 times what i check :S
and avg uses to much processors...
i recommand u to use Microsoft security Essentials, its easy to use and free and ofc its not the best security but good 1 and protects u!
Just prospone the scan untill u got time for it or whatever.

avast, avira and avg are pretty good free av's
immunet and panda cloud are both awesome low system cloud antiviruses (also free)
