Counter Strike : GO ?

So most people now a days wont even remember titles like Enemy Territory or even return to Soldier of Fortune. But those are the FPS that I grew up with, don’t be a smart ass and say Golden Eye Im limiting this to PC FPS. Anyways the point Im trying to make is that for the last decade or so the counter strike brand has been a staying force as one of the most played FPS around.I mean I remember playing 1.5 in high school with a few friends it was just pure fun and it still is years later. Fast forward a few years later pass 1.6 and Valve released Source. If I’m not mistaken they released steam around this time as well which completely revolutionized the way gamers bought products and ultimately inspired new comers Origin.

We all know EA are a bunch of greedy fucks so lets stay on track. So apparently CS:GO is coming out later this year (2012) now I don’t know much about the game outside of the screen shots. But at first glance the games looks really good graphically. Now in my opinion Valve has always had really good and innovative game engines. Source's engine was way ahead of its time when released in 04, the engine was reused by the company that developed Vindictus. I wonder how many people actually know that hmm..Anyways the game looks fucking sickk and I’m really looking forward to it. If your still wondering why I chose this title? Im simply alluding to the fact that everyone with a brain should want to get into closed BETA. So if you have a key toss one my way. Ill be checking my PM boxes frequently .
