Win7 Goot?

So, after a while of not wanting to go from Win XP to Win 7 I decided i'll do it as I recieved my new (SATA finally) HDD. I have backed up all my stuff and prepared all the stuff thats needed beforehand.

So, i got an Original Win7 DVD from a friend and I thought to myself: "Ok, this is going to be quick and easy."

^^ That must have jinxed it.....

I pop the DVD in and start getting excited as the windows bar loaded, saw the new logo for the first time. It asks me which language do I want and i press Next. I select the costum install, create 2 partitions, and select the partition on which I wanted to install Win7 and press Next.
Windows is copying files. Competed. Doing Goot. Windows is extracting the files (0%) but the moving dots still got me hoping. KABLAM. Some shit ass problem (oxc00000e9 :me thinks:) that interupts the install. I'm thinking, ok, it's Windows I'm dealing with here so maybe a try or two more are needed. I restart, wait for "Pres any key to boot from CD/DVD..." Nothing, all of the sudden: BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart.

So while trying to boot 100x and swithing to Ubuntu (which even when it failed to start the installer gave me the option to search the internets for a solution to my problem.

After changing my BIOS setting all over, trying to install with 3 different Win7 DVDs, using 2 (working) DVD drives, 2 Sata cables, all sata ports, manual repair (in Win7 "installer crap"), /fixboot for BOOTMGR /rebuildbcd and shitloads of other stuff that I read might help. Still nothing.

So, have you, the standard CF geek, spend-all-my-money-on-a-pc-with-a-light-in-it, performance pro and problem solving guru, ever had the same troubles installing (most of the answers i got concerning BOOTMGR was for fixing it WHEN WIN7 IS ALREADY INSTALLED) or just simply know the solution cause you are fucking brilliant?

I will not post a random girl, pic, gif or a song cause I have been fucking raging all day and I just cba.

tl;dr version: Can't install Win7 cause of "BOOTMGR is missing"

E: The only thing that comes to my mind is updating BIOS, but ill get to that tomorrow, or after I smoked some AK-48 / Grapefruit SkAnk.
