vacation locations?

Hey Crossies,
since I'm doing my "Abitur" (A-Level) this year, I wanted to go on a vacation afterwards.
I've got a few destinations in mind but wanted to ask, what experience you made with locations you've been to.
Give me some ideas where to go.
What I want:
-Beach
-Maybe All-Inclusive
-Hot but not to got (27-38°C)
-Sea
-Party isnt that important even tho I would appreciate a place where I can find some "young" people, for volleyball and hanging out with
-surfing would be a plus (doesnt matter if wind or wave)
-Scubadiving would be a plus
-budget: ~2500€/10 or 14 days

Only afraid of all those old people there :(
And you don't REALLY go there to party and all, but the whole atmosphere there is just very relaxing and the weather is always nice ^^
I want some adventure and relaxing after that.
Already going to Bulgaria on "Abifahrt"
i needed around 700-800 euro back then, but i didnt go to the big clubs...
If you want to practice activities like scubadiving and visit lagunes n stuff I'd suggest Corfu

You can get 2 weeks of Greece for under 1000, just without All-In, but who needs that?
