Mouse accel problemmm

I have problem with mouse acceleration cause i have always played with it not knowing that i even have that :D but some time ago i installed some Logitech setpoint for mx518(used to play with Microsoft sidewinder) and thats when i noticed the problem. After playing like 3years with accel i cant aim at all without it.

So the problem is that i have no idea how to get windows mouse acceleration back. I even tried to put /cl_mouseaccel on et but its not the same. I could even boot my whole pc to get it back just dont know how to do that either. :S

So if any1 has any idea how i could solve this problem please tell me! I am desperate :DDD
