tricep workout

Quick! So gym closed and I need to workout at home tonight. I have a 45 pound bar, and 2 25 pound plates and 2 10 pound plates and 2 5 pound plates. So gimme some workouts.

Lie on your back and have the bar in the air on shoulder height and slowly (while keeping your upperarm as steady in the air as possible) let the bar move towards your forehead (aka crushing your skull if you drop it) or move it behind your head (depending on how long your forearm is in comparison to your shoulder/forehead length).

Move them up and down until you cant do it anymore. Wait a little bit and repeat. Do this 4 times a week till you get bored or laid.

next time ask the "supervisor" of the gym for some good workouts, and maybe he can make a schedule
throw away those pounds and go fetch some kgs, then come back
