BF3 PB

Any thoughts on this error that is preventing me from playing BF3 :(

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'TosspoTo' (for 2 minutes) ... Violation (IGNORING QUERIES) #9006

Download PBSCV from PunkBuster Online Countermeasures and run it. This violation means there is something wrong with one of the Punkbuster services and PBSCV will hopefully fix it.

use it to uninstall everything pb related. use pbsetup to reinstall it.
enter firewall into ur win7 search bar which will open the advanced firewall options. add exceptions

Try to update PB manually using PBsetup

I was getting this error all today just after the ingame manager updated, spoke to EA help, unistalled PB reinstalled etc my error kick changed to just 'disconnected from game' Some help ffs!

didnt play for a few hours and now it works and lets me on for longer than 5mins.

Another thing I remember: try to start BF3 (logging into battlenet) from battlefield 3.exe. I have to do that in order to play, no idea why

happens after the latest patch, delete the path and update your game again. it fixes the issue, worked for me.

nope just delete the latest patch, and update your game again. if you dont know how to, find out the latest patch's file name and simply remove it from your game files.

BF3 pub play is actually a lot of fun D: (lots of game modes to avoid vehicles if you don't like that side of things).

BF3 matches are a lot of fun as well, playing 4-v-4 squad rush in ESL, has a very ET feel to it with one team defending an objective and the other attacking, co-ordinating rushes, medics keeping everyone alive etc. Lame stuff like IRNV / tact lights / M320 are banned, and of course there's no vehicles ;)
