I found 1, crashes server repeatedly. Only fix is to disable sv_downloads. From spending 1 hour looking through code I found it...

BRAGGING RIGHTS MUCH....

Works with RTCW also.

Well 3 servers crashed with latest ETPro and they've been LUA patched AFAIK.

I left many years ago, I do however browse crossfire sometimes. I have for the past year or so been looking through the engine and SDK.
