Anonymous has taken down a lot of sites last few days (cbs, USDOJ, Polish government).

So what do you think? Will the internet turn in to just a boring encyclopedia with no more cool downloads? Or will the internet warriors stand up and get our beloved hosting site back online?

Or could darknet,deep web be a solution?

All they do incorporate a new company with different directors. The limited company is a separate legal entity, which can sue or be sued. But cannot go to jail. Obviously.

depends on the legislation of the country. For instance in belgium, if the company director operates his firm for means of fraud or if he's intentionnally violating the law, he can go to prison

Only people that don't have enough knowlegde to download properly have a problem, the average user.
Those download from sites like rapidshare and megaupload

People that are more advanced than that with downloading, don't even bother to look at those sites.

The average user will have more problems to download, because it's not super easy anymore. But the advanced user will never stop, because he will always find a way.

The biggest group is the average user, and sites like megaupload etc are focused on that.
