Pretty disabled tbh, gotta get a real life soon

I'm so fucking boreddddddddd
hulkshare ftw
More than enough hosters left to make my real debrid premium account worth it's while.
so you can max out your full 42 kb/s ? xD

Terrorists of the Internet

explain plz :)
Parent
just teasing, but anyway. at least i know of some cases where they leaked the IPs to 3rd parties/government agencies. dunno if they usually do or just on rare occasions... or if they even still do it
Parent
I don't get it why people download from 1-click-hosters anyway...
hmm maybe because it is/was the safest way to download stuff? :D
Parent
Safest way in what kind of way?

Malware free? Definitely not.
Scared of police ? Then this is not the safest way to download as well :P

Faster than p2p (for a lot of files, obviously the latest "big movie" could be super fast, but probably not a rare album from 15-years ago somebody put up and that has one seeder with 10 KB/s upload), and it doesn't rely on having people online all the time & seeding the file — e.g., w/Megaupload, a file from years ago that's only of interest to a few people would still be downloadable, where a torrent might have died and you wouldn't be able to get in contact with anybody who had a copy.

It's also really easy ("1-click") for everybody involved, you just upload and share the URL, and you're done. And it would be safer for downloaders — in the criminal sense: if you use p2p then you're also uploading (so you can be charged with distributing pirated content, instead of just stealing it — and the $$$ you'd pay would be a lot more if you were charged with distribution).

And, you could still do all your downloads/etc. through a proxy, if you were worried about your IP.

Get a nice private tracker and old torrent won't die.. SCC,TL,... there are torrent which are from 7800 years ago and I still download them with 20mbit/s (webseeders ftw). And files on 1-click-hosters die as well.. or get deleted because of copyright stuff.

Yep and due to 1-click being so easy it is insecure in terms of malware (always funny when the orig. scene release is 7800mb and the files uploaded on the 1-click-hosters is modified and a few mb's bigger.. so basically binded with malware) as well as in term of privacy.

Downloading through a proxy and you talk about faster than p2p? :P
Parent
Well, if you're using a proxy it'll be slow no matter what method you use. :)

I agree with most of what you say, but I think most people just don't think too much about what they're pirating (or if it's safe, etc.), so they go for what's easiest. And, if you don't already have a friend on a private tracker then it can be hard to get in.

always wanted to live in 3rd world country, i guess the time has come
You're such a useless troll...
