NBS1 Non-TZACed

Hi CF,

Just want to tell the pub-lovers here, since nbs1/2/3 were all tzac'ed, I removed TZAC from NBS#1. (It will be back if TZAC is working again ofc).

So everybody can join 213.108.29.148:27070 without TZAC for now.
