meal 2: salad (chicken, lettuce, egg, tuna, bacon, cheese)
meal 3: 3 boiled eggs, some chicken
meal 4: salad (chicken, lettuce, egg, tuna, bacon, cheese)
meal 5: brown rice + any kind of meat (mostly chickenbreast)
preworkout: maximizev2
postworkout: proteinshake (500ml water + 32g whey)
meal 6: 150g tuna in water
meal 7: 500g skim(?) quark, 1 fishoil cap
oh and 3liters of water throughout the day
