Finding out map names from demos?

Okay so I have a little problem. I'm trying to make a trickjump video but all of my tj demos from tjmod, and etjump are named like such (demo0000, demo0001, and so on...) I'm wondering if there's any way to find out the maps in these demos without having to play each and every one of them. I know that hannes released a utility called mediamanager that can do this, but I'm pretty sure that it only works for etpro demos. Also, I know that I can change the demo naming scheme so that the map name is in the demo title, but that would only help me in any future demo recordings, not for the ones that I have already recorded. So basically my question is this. Do any of you know any quicker methods to find out the maps being played in demos other than looking through them one by one? Thanks.
