cfg help - sight

Hi, forgot all that cfg shit.
what are the settings that make me see as far as possible in an ET map?
Smth with that corona thing?
whats this:
r_zfar 0 distance for culling distant objects
r_znear 3 distance for culling objects close to player
is this relevant?

its normal values without vid_r

do they only shine from long distances, had that kind of cfg but the enemies turned very dark when they came near enough

just low overbrightbits and high mapoverbrightbits or otherway around
