Im not really into this game anymore or gaming overall, but new maps is still needed for future imo.
Why not do some maps from etqw to et ? Maps like sewer, salvage etc etc, but you can make them a bit smaller, could not be that hard. ( its great maps, wich will be fun to play )
Otherwise pic some counter-strike maps, like bomb a and bomb b to win the map, it would fit et perfect tbh.

e: btw i really liked this map base_12 o something some time ago
CS maps are way to static for ET considering CS is an LMS game and ET an objective + respawn game. There's too little things to do in the map, no secondary objective and i see no way to implement them.
CS maps as you know aren't about setting up your defence and the attacking team running at it, they're about long slow deliberate attacking, or rushing to a certain point where you fight the enemy. Unlike ET where you throw yourself at the defending side untill you get through.
getting really annoyed by those shit players playing supply only and when you play a 6v6 you play the whole map pool in 2 hours max
or a somewhat larger inferno with like a truck driving through main or smth like that
