Journals
need a safe program that will eliminate any adware/spyware or any other such ware that is slowing my comp down, it is slow on startup and its rly pissing me off now, any help would be much appreciated, thanks :) x

hope u can get any useful infos, else just go over search bar and write either (anti virus ) or (anti adware/spyware ) and mark "journals" then hit search, should give u out the list of journals related to it.
Other than that, u can still use google and read some forums if u want to know why some ppl use other anti virus over other.
I recommend you to download Malwarebytes from here.
After install the first thing you want to do is to update it, press update tab and then click for check for updates.
This will update your Malwarebyteses threat database so it will detect more possible threats from your computer.
Then you want to do full scan, this will take a while depending on how much files you have on your computer.
Another thing you could do is downloading CCleaner or EasyCleaner. There are some guides how to use these programs on internet and you can follow those if you don't know how to use these programs.
You may also be interested in GamBooster. It is a program that shuts down some unimportant programs and therefore frees more RAM space. If you have a bad computer this might help.
