wifi gaming?

I'm gonna be without my own internet connection for the next 4 weeks or so (yup.. suckzors!) but I have a question about wifi connections in combination with online gaming..

Any of you got any experiences with it? I'm a bit concerned about ping times and stability and such so if anyone has a wifi connection, share your experience plz.

(yah, Im gonna steal some bandwith from my n00b neighbors who left their wifi wide-open)

oh yah.. I can't test it myself just yet, cuz I gotta get a wifi card first. tested if I have any around my house with a laptop ;-)
