need hardware

looking for a nice CPU and a motherboard to fit, thinking about some i5 or something similar. Also have intentions on buying a better gfx card that will last few years atleast!

atm i got my eyes on
AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition, 3,5 GHz
Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2, VGA, AM3
Sapphire HD 6770 Lite, 1 GB, PCI-E


any recommendations ?

thnx, but i went for a cheaper version " AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition, 3,5 GHz & Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2, VGA, AM3" any suggestions about any decent gfx card that will last a few years, not to expensive dont wanna spend more then 100euros on it :P

ah nice, that CPU should be pretty fast anyway! I'm using the X6 1055T and it's a beast.

Also, I've got the 5770.. I don't drop a single fps on ET (ofc) and can run COD on high settings, so yeah that 6770 should be decent :)

why would u get AMD ,u want it for gaming not movies.
