Bird's body - Diet edition
Welcome back to 'bird's body condition blog. Hope you enjoy this diet..
DIETMORNING: Stick to healthy complex carbs, Alpen, Porridge oats, Corn Flakes, Weetabix, Bran Flakes, Fruit and Fibre.
I have one bowl of cereal and a shake of cyclone and 2 CLA-1000 tablets.
AFTERNOON: Healthy salad with chicken, tuna, salmon.. Anything high in Protein to keep you full and not picking!
*Take 2 more CLA-1000 pills inbetween afternoon meal and dinner*
*Take your second Cyclone shake straight after your gym session*
DINNER: For dinner I usually have a tuna omelette with a small fillet of salmon or some chicken.
EVENING: In the evening I have 1 shake of Whey Protein with milk, Go Ahead bar and maybe a tin of tuna.
I have my binge day on Sunday, but I don't go crazy. I usually just have a few biscuits or a small piece of cake.
Make sure you drink shitloads of water and drink lots of green tea. Top Tip: When you feel like you need a shit, try and hold it in for as long as possible because chances are you'll shit a good few times a day and you can cut your ass from whiping so much!
DO ABS EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK! I take Saturday and Sunday off training, but I do an ab session in my spare time. Takes 10 minutes or so!
If you start craving carbs, eat something high in protein and you'll feel full and you won't want to snack!

i hate doing abs :((( going on a diet aswell, from may or smtn
Waar ik ga heb je gelukkig genoeg ruimte en gewichten enz dus kan niet klagen. Ook niet heel veel johhnys ofzo.
Gaat t bij jou goed dan? Jij let ook echt op je eten ofniet? Ik moet hier thuis eten wat de pot schaft, dus is lastig...
Vreet gewoon veel eieren, kip(filet), vlees en drink melk.
Vooral na training maak ik altijd iets lekkers. Eet savonds ook gewoon wat de pot schaft.
Ben wel van plan om proteine supllement aan te schaffen. Verder gaat t wel goed.
Also, you must take into account that these photos are without a "swell on" just a natural pose with minimal tense.
